Julian Richards has 30 years’ experience of advising on all aspects of pensions law. He is able to support businesses to deal with all their pension issues, from complying with auto-enrolment duties, including keeping them up to date with changes in legislation and best practice, to assisting when they are dealing with trustees and the Pensions Regulator, as well as advising on handling employee complaints and disputes over pension matters.
