This role is typically held by the Principal Authority (for labour providers who have a FWA licence) or a board director or a senior manager within your compliance or HR functions (for Associate Members). As the recipient of all our updates, they will be responsible for disseminating relevant information throughout your business. If the Principal Authority or a board director is not the key contact, we will need authorisation from one of the aforementioned roles for your designated key contact to represent your business to ALP.
