Choosing the right labour provider is one of the most important business decisions you can make. A good partner will not only supply the people you need but will also share your commitment to legal compliance, ethical labour standards and responsible recruitment, protecting your people and your organisation from the risks associated with worker exploitation and tax evasion.
Every labour provider listed in the ALP Member Directory has either a Fair Work Agency (FWA) Gangmasters Licence or has successfully completed an independent compliance audit covering the same key standards.
Some labour providers join ALP as Provisional Members while they work towards obtaining their licence or completing an independent audit. We support these businesses with the advice and guidance they need to achieve full membership, but they are not included in the public Member Directory and cannot use the ALP logo on their website or marketing materials until they meet the required standards.
Our Fair’s Fair resources include practical guidance, toolkits and best practice materials to help you avoid common pitfalls and choose the partner that is right for your business. They include our open source Charge Rate Guidance, giving you the true cost of labour supply and helping you to make informed decisions to protect your business from poor practice.
Browse the resources below to find practical tools and guidance, or explore the ALP Member Directory to find a labour provider that’s right for your business.
