ALP Vacancy – Chief Executive Officer

The Association of Labour Providers (ALP) is seeking a dynamic, professional and credible Chief Executive to continue our development and growth within a challenging environment.

We are a small, friendly, member focused not-for-profit trade association supporting those organisations who source and supply key workers to critical sectors to keep our nation fed and supplied with essential goods.

Our members include labour providers of all sizes and from all sectors with a strong focus on the food supply chain.  Supply chain organisations are welcomed as Associate Members.

Recent years have presented the challenges of Coronavirus, a new immigration system and we are now faced with the most significant labour shortages in living memory.

ALP is a well respected trade association whose impact and influence belies its size.

As part of natural succession ALP is seeking a new Chief Executive.

  • Your calm and professional demeanor means you can work with government, industry and other stakeholders, promoting and representing our sector and its needs.
  • Your excellent technical knowledge of regulatory and best practice issues relating to labour provision, combined with the communication skills to present complex information clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal form will support our members to navigate the ever-changing business landscape.
  • Your integrity and keen interest in responsible recruitment practice will continue to improve standards for workers, labour providers and their clients, so that our industry is recognised as a model of sustainable good practice

You will receive excellent support from our existing experienced colleagues, the ALP Chair and our Member’s Council.
