The Agency workers' regulations 2010

labour providers and labour users working in partnership

1 day workshop for Labour Users and Labour Providers

Summary

The Agency Workers Regulations 2010 will come into force on 1 October 2011 providing agency workers with a right to equal treatment after 12 weeks in a given job. These Regulations will have huge implications for the businesses of both labour providers and end-users of agency labour.

The Association of Labour Providers, in conjunction with Brabners Chaffe Street LLP solicitors, has organised a series of full day, detailed workshops on the provisions and practical ramifications of the Regulations.
You will be guided through the Regulations, work through practical issues arising from them and have plentiful opportunity to ask questions specific to your situation. Detailed course materials will be provided.
