FOOD HYGIENE/SAFETY ON-LINE TRAINING

“Basic Food Hygiene” training has been replaced by “Level 2 Food Safety” training for all handlers of open, packaged or temperature controlled food and drink.

QFT through E learner shop are the first in the UK to provide on-line training that meets the current 2007 Food Safety Standards with testing and full instant certification on completion through awarding body ASET (www.aset.ac.uk).

This training is fully animated with very high quality graphics/animation and full audio voice over.  Trainees may log out when they wish and continue later ensuring e-learning is available at anytime, to anyone, at any venue, saving you time and money compared to classroom courses.

The course has five lessons:
• The importance of food safety.
• Personal hygiene.
• Safe Cleaning and use of chemicals.
• Food safety hazards.
• Temperature control and safe food storage.
